The mission of The Cheese Traveler is to find good homes for our cheeses and embrace our role as “food explorers” by sharing our carefully curated offerings with our guests. The Cheese Traveler now features over 100 cheeses, a full pantry and larder selection, a bistro menu, catering, cheese classes, and special events.
Many of our customers use the store as a grocery pantry, coming in for local and organic meats, eggs, artisanal bread, and international chocolates. Some stop in for a sit-down or take-away meal of grilled panini, soup, and fresh-baked bread (menu). Others drop in weekly and on the weekend to stock up on cured meats and cheeses, fin’s sustainably fished ocean delights, Tilldale’s organic beef and pork, chocolates and confections, and our dry goods with highlights such as our pastas, pickles, condiments such as harissa,chutneys and mustards, and our unique mixology section with bitters, syrups, tonic waters, and cherries.
